Teena Lomack
Born May 12, 1959, to the late Ann and Lenny Gaynor at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank, NJ. Currently resides in Asbury Park, NJ with husband Charlie Lomack. Mother of Justin (Kristie) and Bree (Danny), and bonus mother of Sharlaye and Donnell. Grandmother to 5 wonderful grandchildren, Messiah, Mekyah, Cameron, Simone, and Aalyah. Sister of 7 siblings.
Professional Experience:
Before retirement after 27 years, worked for the Department of Human Services, as a psychiatric nurse on the ITU (Intensive treatment unit), MICA (Mentally ill chemical abusers) unit, Medical Clinic, and Administration as a Quality Assurance Technician (QAT).
Post retirement, worked as a nurse auditor for The ARC of Monmouth, inspecting group homes for CMS (Center of Medicaid/Medicare Services) and Joint Commission compliance.
A past foster care mom as a Therapeutic Community Home Provider for CPC (formerly known as Child Psychiatric Center).
Volunteered:
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Mentor for single parent females who were at risk of abusing their children.
With Tower Hill Church, Red Bank, assisted in the distribution of food, and clothing, and provided encouragement to individuals/families currently residing in the Pan American Hotel, Eatontown.
Delivered meals for Meals on Wheels in Neptune.
A volunteer Secretary for OFC (Oceans Family Center), Springwood Ave, Asbury Park.
Member of Pilgrim Baptist Church for approximately 32 years.
With Pilgrim Baptist Church, Red Bank:
Woman’s Ministry- assisted in Bible Study’s with Homeless and low-income ladies of the Asbury Park area.
