Hello, Friends and Supporters of The Feast,

Thank you all for your support this past year. My name is Matt Littlehale, and earlier this year, I was hired as the director of Dinner Church for The Feast.

Dinner Church is an opportunity to build a diverse community in Red Bank where people can gather around a table to eat good food, be with good people, and hear good news. Jesus spent his time eating with people around the table - all sorts of people. He taught, built relationships, and healed people while having a meal with others. He also used dinners and meals and food often in his teachings and parables.

In the past five months since I started, we have partnered with churches, organizations, and volunteers to provide meals and create a space where people can gather around a table and eat together. It has been amazing to see so many different people come together to help. I’m happy to share that we have every Sunday booked with volunteers bringing a meal for the rest of 2024.

Fundraiser

Come join us on November 24th for an evening of dinner and celebration of this past year. Stay tuned for an invitation and more details. We’ll have some time to share more about Dinner Church and what we have planned for 2025.

One Request

We are looking to fill one specific need this fall for one of our guests at Dinner Church. There is a couple who lives out of their car and, recently, it was side-swiped, and it is in bad shape. We are looking to find a replacement car for them. If you would like to contribute or you or someone you know has a car they are willing to donate, please reach out to me at matt@thefeastnj.org or 732-768-5534.
